航天領(lǐng)域的快速發(fā)展對熱管理材料提出了更高的要求,根據(jù)實際應(yīng)用開發(fā)的不同熱控產(chǎn)品除導(dǎo)熱率外,還對材料的密度、膨脹系數(shù)、耐溫范圍、力學(xué)強度及可加工性能等有特殊要求。本文從高導(dǎo)熱材料的導(dǎo)熱機理出發(fā),總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外高導(dǎo)熱材料發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,介紹了各類金屬基復(fù)合材料、碳基復(fù)合材料及高導(dǎo)熱功能材料等在航天熱管理應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀。針對航天熱控技術(shù)對高導(dǎo)熱材料的需求,結(jié)合各種高導(dǎo)熱材料的熱物理特性和工藝特點,分析其在航天領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用前景。

Recently, the rapid development of spaceflight has put forward higher requirements for thermal management materials. In order to meet the increasing demand for high thermal conductivity materials in aerospace, thermal conductivity materials of aerospace need to possess a variety of excellent comprehensive performances, such as high thermal conductivity, low density and high strength in space environment. This paper reviews the development of high thermal conductivity materials, metal matrix composites and carbon matrix composites, based on thermal conductivity mechanism of high thermal conductivity composites. The thermo-physical properties and preparation process of aluminum composites, copper composites, carbon foam and C/C composites are introduced, and the factors affecting their thermal conductivity are also analyzed. Considering the property and preparation process, the requirement and application of various high thermal conductivity materials in aerospace thermal control technology are summarized.
