光和熱是人類生存的必需條件,合理調(diào)控光與熱不僅能使人類的生活更加便利,還可以解決探索太空亟需的難題。以光子晶體為代表的微納結(jié)構(gòu),可賦予材料本身所不具備的光學(xué)特性,通過對(duì)關(guān)鍵材料進(jìn)行微納結(jié)構(gòu)化,可以顯著提高材料的光熱調(diào)控性能,滿足人類在民生和航天應(yīng)用的需求。本論文從光熱調(diào)控原理出發(fā),主要包括4個(gè)部分:首先是對(duì)構(gòu)建光子晶體的微球合成、蛋白石結(jié)構(gòu)光子晶體和反蛋白石結(jié)構(gòu)光子晶體的制備以及光譜性能進(jìn)行簡介;其次是介紹以光子晶體為代表的微納結(jié)構(gòu)在光學(xué)特性調(diào)控中的應(yīng)用:光子晶體波段選擇性反射的光學(xué)特性和仿蛾眼微納結(jié)構(gòu)的抗反射光學(xué)特性;隨后依據(jù)輻射傳熱原理介紹微納結(jié)構(gòu)光熱調(diào)控在智能熱控和智能窗上的應(yīng)用;并簡單介紹國際上熱門的微納結(jié)構(gòu)輻射自制冷的研究;最后結(jié)合國內(nèi)外光熱調(diào)控的研究現(xiàn)狀展望其應(yīng)用前景。

Light and heat are necessary conditions for human survival. Reasonable regulation of light and heat can not only make human life more convenient but also solve the urgent problems in space exploration. The microstructure represented by photonic crystals endows the material with novel optical characteristics. The photothermal regulation performance can be significantly improved by making the key materials microstructured to meet the needs of the human application in civil applications and military. This paper starts from the principle of photothermal regulation, mainly includes four parts: at first, mainly discusses microsphere synthesis, preparation and spectral properties of opal structure photonic crystal and inverse opal structure photonic crystal; then the application of microstructure represented by the photonic crystal in the regulation of optical properties is presented. Whereafter, the application of microstructure photothermal regulation in smart thermal control and smart windows is briefly discussed, which is based on the principle of radiative heat transfer. The new research on radiative selfcooling of the microstructure is introduced. At last, the application prospect of photothermal regulation is prospected by combining with the existing studies abroad.

李垚:男,1973年生,哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)復(fù)合材料與結(jié)構(gòu)研究所教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,科技部“先進(jìn)復(fù)合材料國際聯(lián)合研究中心”負(fù)責(zé)人,教育部“長江學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃”特聘教授。2017年入選軍委科技委首批國防科技“卓越青年計(jì)劃”和國家“萬人計(jì)劃”科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才;2015年入選科技部“中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才”。長期從事功能復(fù)合材料的研究,將有序微結(jié)構(gòu)的概念和設(shè)計(jì)引入到功能復(fù)合材料的研究中。圍繞材料的設(shè)計(jì)、合成制備技術(shù)與評(píng)價(jià)一體化開展研究工作。有效實(shí)現(xiàn)功能復(fù)合材料有序微結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)筑,并利用有序微結(jié)構(gòu)材料獨(dú)特的性能,結(jié)合航空航天和國防領(lǐng)域的重大需求背景,設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)新一代具有光、熱調(diào)控功能的復(fù)合材料。發(fā)表論文SCI收錄157篇,SCI他引1426次。授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利86項(xiàng)。出版專著3部,獲黑龍江省技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),黑龍江省自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng),黑龍江省國防科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),教育部科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),黑龍江省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。
