探究模擬沉積水環境下,不同應力對Q345B低碳鋼腐蝕浸泡24 d后腐蝕行為的影響。采用C型環模型施加的應力分別為0,160,320 MPa,通過電化學阻抗譜、Mott-Schottky曲線等表征手段,觀察分析了Q345B低碳鋼的腐蝕行為。用掃描電子顯微鏡觀察了其微觀腐蝕形貌。研究結果表明,腐蝕介質與外加應力存在一定的相互作用;施加應力后,膜的表面電荷發生了明顯的變化,Q345B低碳鋼的腐蝕速率明顯增大。

In order to investigate the effect of different stresses on the corrosion behavior of Q345B low carbon steel, which had been immersed in a sedimentary water environment for 24 days. In this paper, the pressure of 0, 160, 320 MPa was applied to the materials by the C-ring model, and the corrosion behavior of Q345B low carbon steel was observed and analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and Mott-Schottky curve. The micromorphology was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that there is a certain interaction between the corrosion medium and the applied stress. After the stress is applied, the surface charge of the film changes significantly, and the corrosion rate of Q345B low carbon steel increases significantly.
