陶瓷復合裝甲是防彈車輛的熱門防彈方案,根據輕型防彈車輛防護要求,進行拼接式陶瓷復合裝甲結構設計,通過有限元軟件ANSYS/LS-DYNA模擬陶瓷片形狀和尺寸對復合裝甲防彈性能影響,并進行打靶試驗驗證,結果表明所提出的數值模擬計算方法能較好模擬子彈對拼接式陶瓷復合裝甲的侵徹過程,相同形狀的陶瓷片,面積較大陶瓷片的防彈性能要優于面積較小陶瓷片的防彈性能;正六邊形陶瓷片的防彈性能要優于相同面積的正四邊形陶瓷片的防彈性能。

Ceramic composite armor is a bulletproof form of bulletproof vehicle, according to the requirements of lightweight bulletproof vehicle, the structural design of spliced ceramic composite armor is carried out. A simulation method based on the finite element software ANSYS/LSDYNA is proposed, for calculating the influence of shape and size of ceramic piece on the bulletproof performance of ceramic plate, and the target shooting test is carried out. By comparing the numerical simulation results with the test results, it is shown that the numerical simulation can well simulate the bullet penetration process on the spliced ceramic composite armour. The bulletproof performance of the ceramic plate spliced by largersized pieces is better than that of the plate spliced by smaller ceramic pieces with the same shape, the bulletproof performance of the ceramic plate spliced by hexagonal pieces is better than that of the plate spliced by regular quadrilateral pieces with the same area.
