隨著全球經濟快速發展和社會進步,能源短缺和環境污染問題已經成為社會經濟發展的障礙。如何在化石燃料枯竭的時期繼續維持社會發展和保障人民生活水平,是各國亟待解決的問題。新能源開發和利用將為人類文明可持續發展提供重要保障。太陽能作為一種潔凈可再生能源,以其污染少、效率高等優點成為最具前景的新能源之一。綜述了太陽能電池的研究現狀和最新進展,對太陽能電池的發展歷程作了系統的介紹,并分析和探討各類太陽能電池制備方法、工作性能、轉化效率以及優劣勢。最后對太陽能電池未來所面臨的挑戰和發展趨勢進行了討論和展望。

With the rapid advancement of the global economy and social development, energy shortage and environmental pollution have been obstacle to the development of society and economy. It’s urgent to maintain social development and improve people’s living standard when fossil fuel is exhausted. The development and utilization of new energy will provide an important guarantee for the sustainable development of human civilization. As a clean and sustainable energy, solar energy becomes one of the most prospective new energy due to its low pollution and high efficiency. This paper summarizes the current achievement and recent development of solar cells and gives a systematic introduction to development history of solar cells. Various solar cell preparation methods, working performance, conversion efficiency, advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and discussed. Finally, the future development and challenges of solar cells are also prospected.
