高熵合金是一種不同于傳統(tǒng)合金的新型合金,由5種或5種以上的主要元素組成,每種元素的原子數(shù)分數(shù)在5%~35%之間。其中基于難熔元素的難熔高熵合金以其優(yōu)異的高溫性能引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。難熔元素是指熔點高于1800 ℃并有一定儲量的金屬,金屬鎢是其中典型的代表。難熔高熵合金的定義進一步延伸為含有3種或3種以上主要元素且元素的原子數(shù)分數(shù)可大于35%后,得到了更加迅速的發(fā)展。首先介紹了難熔高熵合金的制備方法、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和相組成;闡述了難熔高熵合金室溫和高溫力學(xué)性能、主要的強化機制、耐磨性及高溫抗氧化性;最后討論了難熔高熵合金面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和潛在的應(yīng)用。

Being different from traditional alloys, high-entropy alloys are composed of five or more principal elements. Moreover, the concentration of each element is between 5at% and 35at%. Due to their excellent high-temperature performance, high-entropy alloys attract the interest of many researchers. Refractory elements are metals with a melting point above 1800 ℃ and a certain amount of reserves, represented by tungsten. Subsequently, After their principal elements can be three or more kinds and the concentration of each element can be more than 35at%, refractory highentropy alloys have achieved rapid development. The preparation methods, microstructure, and phase composition of refractory high-entropy alloys were introduced. The properties of refractory high-entropy alloys were described, including room-temperature and high-temperature mechanical properties, main strengthening mechanisms, wearresistant performance and high-temperature oxidation resistance. Finally, the challenges and potential applications of refractory high-entropy alloys were discussed in detail.
