高熵陶瓷材料通常是指由5種或以上陶瓷組元形成的多主元固溶體,由于其新奇的“高熵效應”以及優異的性能,近年來已經成為陶瓷領域的研究熱點之一。隨著高熵陶瓷的研究體系從最初的巖鹽型氧化物(MgNiCoCuZn)O擴展到螢石型氧化物、鈣鈦礦型氧化物、尖晶石型氧化物以及硼化物、碳化物和硅化物等,其特殊的力學、電學、磁學等性能也不斷被發掘。基于此,綜述了各種高熵陶瓷材料的發展情況,介紹了其結構、制備方法以及性能上的特點,并對高熵陶瓷的發展方向和前景進行了分析和展望。

High entropy ceramic materials (HECs) normally refer to the multi-principal solid solutions formed by five or above ceramics. Recent years, HECs have attracted tremendous attention due to their surprising “high entropy effect” and fascinating properties. With the family of high entropy ceramics extending from (MgNiCoCuZn)O in rock salt structure to other oxides in fluorite structure, in perovskite structure, and in spinel structure, as well as diborides, carbide and silicide, a series of unique properties of high entropy ceramics related to mechanics, electronics and magnetics have been reported. In this paper, we review the recent development of high entropy ceramics, and summarize their structural characteristics, preparation methods, and various properties. In addition, the future trends and prospects of high entropy ceramics are proposed.
