環氧樹脂是三大熱固性高分子材料之一,具有優異的綜合性能,在涂料、粘合劑、電子電器等許多領域得到了廣泛的應用。采用可再生生物質原料制備生物基環氧樹脂,能夠緩解化石能源危機和減輕環境污染,符合可持續社會發展的需求。總結了近年來生物基環氧樹脂在高性能化和功能化方面的研究進展,尤其圍繞制約生物基環氧樹脂應用的主要問題,如耐熱性不高、阻燃性和韌性差;主要結合作者課題組和國內外其他研究組的研究,介紹了生物基環氧樹脂在這些方面的性能優勢,為未來生物基環氧樹脂的發展方向提供借鑒。

Epoxy resin is one of the three thermosetting polymer materials. Due to its excellent comprehensive properties, it is widely used in many fields such as coatings, adhesives and electrical applications. Bio-based epoxy resin prepared from renewable biomass raw materials can alleviate fossil energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution, which satisfies the needs of sustainable social development. In this paper, the recent research progress on bio-based epoxy resin in high performance and functionalization was summarized. Especially, it is focused on the main problems restricting the application of epoxy resin, such as low heat resistance, poor flame retardancy and toughness. The performance advantages of bio-based epoxy resin were introduced, combining with the research of the author’s group and other researchers worldwide. This paper would provide a reference for the future development of bio-based epoxy resin.
