釕系涂層鈦陽極具有穩(wěn)定性好、電催化活性高、環(huán)境友好等特點(diǎn),在電解水、陰極保護(hù)以及電化學(xué)除垢等領(lǐng)域具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。其中,涂層中二氧化釕(RuO2)的比例與存在形態(tài)是決定其電催化活性和穩(wěn)定性的關(guān)鍵。在涂層鈦陽極的制備中,熱分解法因其操作簡單、成本低、易工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)等優(yōu)勢而被廣泛使用。介紹了目前在電解行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用的釕系涂層鈦陽極——RuO2-TiO2/Ti陽極的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,簡述了RuO2-TiO2/Ti陽極中釕鈦氧化物的特點(diǎn)和作用,并對RuO2-TiO2/Ti陽極的失效原因和制備工藝進(jìn)行了闡述。主要綜述了前處理、涂液組分比例、涂液濃度和燒結(jié)溫度等工藝參數(shù)對通過熱分解法制備的鈦電極穩(wěn)定性和電催化活性的影響,以及針對RuO2-TiO2/Ti陽極的失效原因提出鈦陽極未來的改進(jìn)方向,旨在促進(jìn)本領(lǐng)域研究者更深入地了解釕鈦陽極的特點(diǎn)、失效原因以及如何制備性能優(yōu)良的涂層鈦電極。

Due to its good stability, high electrocatalytic activity and environmental friendliness, ruthenium coated titanium anodes have broad application prospects in the fields of electrolyzed water, cathodic protection and descaling. Among them, the proportion and existing form of ruthenium oxide(RuO2) in the coating is the key to determine its electrocatalytic activity and stability. In the preparation of coated titanium anodes, thermal decomposion is widely used due to its advantages such as simple operation, low cost, and easy industrial production. This paper introduces the application fields of RuO2-TiO2/Ti anodes, which are widely used in the electrolysis industry. The characteristics and effects of RuO2, TiO2 in RuO2-TiO2/Ti anodes are briefly described. The failure causes and preparation processes of RuO2-TiO2/Ti anodes are described. The effects of pretreatment, coating composition ratio, coating solution concentration and sintering temperature on the stability and electrocatalytic activity of titanium electrode prepared by thermal decomposion are reviewed. The future development direction of titanium anode is proposed for the failure of RuO2-TiO2/Ti anode. It is intended to promote researchers in this field to better understand the characteristics of the titanium anode, the cause of failure and how to prepare a coated titanium electrode with excellent performance.
