為了進一步解釋混凝土受硫酸鹽侵蝕劣化機理,研究了不同水膠比以及養護時間對全浸泡下混凝土抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能的影響,分析了硫酸鹽在混凝土中的擴散過程。試驗制備了0.32、0.35、0.38這3種水膠比的普通硅酸鹽水泥混凝土試件,對其質量、動彈性模量、抗壓強度、SO42-濃度等指標進行分析。結果表明:全浸泡條件下,混凝土抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能隨著水膠比的降低而提高;養護28 d的混凝土抗硫酸鹽侵蝕能力大于養護3 d的混凝土,養護時間越短,水化過程越不完全,混凝土劣化速度越快;混凝土中SO42-濃度隨著水膠比的降低而降低,隨著養護時間的減小而增大。

In order to further explain the mechanism of concrete deterioration by sulfate erosion, the resistance to sulfate erosion of concretes samples with different water-cement ratio and curing time under full immersion conditions and sulfate solution diffusion in concrete were studied. Cement concrete samples with water-cement ratio of 0.32, 0.35 and 0.38 were prepared. The evaluating indicators such as the mass, dynamic elastic modulus, compressive strength and sulfate ion content were analyzed. The results show that,under the condition of Na2SO4 solution full immersion, the resistance to sulfate attack increases with the decrease of water-cement ratio; the sulfate resistance of concrete cured for 28 days is greater than that of concrete cured for 3 days, the shorter the curing time is, the less complete the hydration process is, and the faster the deterioration rate of concrete is; the sulfate ion concentration in concrete decreases with the decrease of water-binder ratio and increases with the decrease of curing time.
