增材制造技術是近年來快速發展的先進制造技術,在航空航天、汽車零部件、生物醫療、復雜內流道模具等領域有著廣泛的應用前景。標準化是技術發展到一定程度的必然需求,對規范行業生態,促進技術提升,改進產品質量具有重要意義。為提升增材制造技術的標準化水平,國際自動機工程師學會(SAE)、美國材料與試驗協會(ASTM)、國際標準化組織(ISO)等機構都開展了大量研究工作,并頒布了一系列標準。我國也在參照國際標準的基礎上制定了相應的國家標準、地方/行業標準及團體標準,有力促進了增材制造技術的發展和應用。概述了目前國內外有關增材制造標準的研制現狀,分析了這些標準的特點和下一步努力的方向,對增材制造相關從業人員有一定參考意義。

Additive manufacturing is a kind of advanced manufacturing technology developed in recent years. It is expected to be applicative in aerospace, automobile, medical, mold with complicated inner tunnel, etc. Standardization is demanded in certain stage of technology development, and it is meaningful for normalizing industry, elevating skills as well as improving product quality. To promote standardization level in the field of additive manufacturing, many organizations such as Society of Automobile Engineer (SAE) International, American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) did lots of research work and series of standards have been published. On these basis, national standard, local/profession standard, group standard have been formulated thereof. These standards are very important for development and application of additive manufacturing technique. In this paper, the research progress of standards on additive manufacturing both domestic and abroad is summarized, and their characteristic and future development trend are analyzed. It can be helpful for researchers who focus on additive manufacturing.
