摘要:

由于包裝廢棄物造成的環境污染以及食品質量安全問題頻發等原因，具有基本力學性能的普通包裝已經滿足不了消費者對包裝產品的需求，具有功能性的包裝受到極大關注。包裝具備的功能性不僅在于包裝結構的設計，更重要在于包裝材料的選用。隨著新型材料和新技術的開發，包裝具有的功能性趨向多元化，應用市場更為廣泛。綜合了近幾年功能包裝材料的相關研究，從包裝材料的應用出發，按照包裝的功能性將功能包裝材料分為4大類：阻隔包裝材料、綠色包裝材料、保鮮包裝材料以及智能包裝材料，并分別概述了各類包裝材料的特點、應用現狀以及發展趨勢。最后，綜述了功能包裝材料的發展現狀，指出了功能包裝材料在食品領域和醫療領域廣闊的應用前景，同時提出未來功能包裝材料應致力于向食品安全、綠色環保以及集成多功能化包裝等方向研究。

Abstract:

Due to the environmental pollution caused by packaging waste and food safety issues, traditional packaging materials with basic mechanical properties could not satisfy the demand from consumers. Therefore, functional packaging materials have received more and more attention. The functionality of the packaging materials depend not only on the design of packaging structure, but also on the selection of packaging materials. With the development of novel materials and technology, the functionality of packaging materials tends to be diversified and broader application market is highly required. This review summarizes the research on functional packaging materials in recent years. Based on the application of packaging materials, the functional packaging materials are divided into four categories according to the functionality of the packaging materials, which are barrier packaging materials, green packaging materials, fresh�瞜eeping packaging materials and intelligent packaging materials. And the characteristics, application status and development trend of the each type of packaging materials are summarized. Finally, the development status of functional packaging materials is reviewed and the broad application prospects of functional packaging materials in the food and medical fields are proposed. At the end, future efforts on functional packaging materials are proposed, which should be focused on the research directions of food safety, environmental protection and integrated multi�瞗unctional packaging.
