近年來,隨著世界各國對海洋資源開發(fā)與利用的不斷重視,航海裝備得到了快速發(fā)展,對裝備輕量化的需求也日益突顯。鋁合金因其密度小、比強度高,作為結構材料使用可以大幅度提高航海裝備的運載能力和速度,而被廣泛應用。但是,在海洋腐蝕環(huán)境作用下,鋁合金易受到多種類型腐蝕的破壞,表現(xiàn)出極為特殊的腐蝕行為規(guī)律,嚴重影響其使用。基于國內外相關研究現(xiàn)狀,對鋁合金在不同海洋環(huán)境條件下的腐蝕類型、腐蝕行為規(guī)律、試驗與研究方法等進行了綜合分析,總結了存在問題,針對性地提出了解決方法和技術途徑,并對此研究領域未來的發(fā)展前景進行了展望。

In recent years, with the increasing attention on the development and utilization of marine resources worldwide, marine equipments have been developed rapidly, and the requirements for lightweight equipment become more and more urgent. Attributed to its low density and high specific strength, aluminum alloys are widely used as structural materials to improve the carrying capacity and speed of marine equipments. However, under marine corrosive environment, aluminum alloys are susceptible to various types of corrosion, which will seriously affect its application, and aluminum alloys exhibit very special corrosion behavior. Based on the current research status, the corrosion types, the corrosion behavior, test and research methods of aluminum alloys under different marine environments were analyzed comprehensively in this article. At the same time, the existing problems were summarized, while corresponding solutions and technical approaches were also put forward. Finally, the future development prospect of this research field was proposed.
