二維過渡金屬碳化物、氮化物及碳氮化合物(MXenes)是一類新興的二維納米材料。由于其獨特的光、電、磁、熱等物理化學性能,MXenes二維材料被廣泛應用到能源儲備、環境監測、化學催化等領域。由于其大的比表面積、優異的近紅外吸收和組分可調換等性質,近年來在生物醫學方面也得到了快速的發展。簡要介紹了MXenes二維納米材料的制備方法、表面修飾、生物應用(生物檢測、生物成像、藥物載體和腫瘤治療)以及生物安全性研究,并對MXenes二維納米材料在未來生物醫學領域的發展進行了展望。

Transitional metal carbides, nitrides, or carbonitrides (MXenes) are novel types of two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials. Owing to their outstanding physicochemical properties such as optical, electronic, magnetic, thermal properties, MXenes have been widely applied in the fields of energy reserves, environmental monitoring, and catalysis. Utilizing their large specific surface area, high NIR absorbance, and substitutable components ability, MXenes also have been rapidly used in biomedicine applications. This review summarizes the recent progress of MXenes used in biomedicine, including the method of synthesis, surface modification, biomedicine applications (bio-detection, imaging, cancer treatment), as well as biosafety evaluation of MXenes, and discusses the future perspectives of applying these novel two-dimensional nanomaterials in biomedicine.
