稀土釤是變價稀土元素,所以Sm合金具有它自身所獨有的特性,使其成為一種極具潛力的功能材料,常被應用于稀土永磁、儲氫、發光以及航空航天等材料領域。本文系統的比較了現階段制備Sm合金方法的優缺點,其中熔鹽電解法制備Sm合金具有產物更加純凈、低成本、連續作業等優點,使該法成為近期學者的研究熱點。然后,重點闡述了熔鹽電解法制備Sm-Al、Sm-Cu、Sm-Co、Sm-Ni和Sm-Fe合金的最新研究進展及存在的問題,介紹了Sm離子在熔鹽中的電化學行為及Sm合金在陰極上的生成規律,并提出了該方法進一步向產業化方面發展的方向。

Samarium alloy is considered to be a potential function material, which has its changeable electrovalence character, is widely used as permanent-magnetic, hydrogen-storage, luminescent and aerospace materials. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of method, which were used to prepared Sm alloy, were compared. In contrast, the molten salt electrolysis has the advantages of cleaner products, inexpensive, and continuous production, becomes a focus in current research. The research progress and existing problems of Sm-Al, Sm-Cu, Sm-Co, Sm-Ni and Sm-Fe alloys prepared by molten salt electrolysis were emphatically described, and the electrochemical behaviors of Sm3+ and deposition process of Sm alloy were introduced. The direction of industrialization development was also put forward.
