隨著有機發(fā)光二極管(OLED)在顯示領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,面向低成本、大面積的OLED器件制備技術(shù)不斷涌現(xiàn)。相較于傳統(tǒng)真空蒸鍍技術(shù),印刷顯示技術(shù)具有工藝簡便、材料利用率高、可制備大面積柔性器件等優(yōu)勢,被認為是下一代顯示器件主流制備技術(shù)之一。印刷OLED技術(shù)是一項綜合了材料、器件、工藝、設(shè)備等諸多方面的系統(tǒng)工程,是典型的學(xué)科交叉、領(lǐng)域合作的新興技術(shù)。發(fā)光材料是OLED顯示面板制造所用的核心材料,特別是在印刷制備工藝中,材料的發(fā)光效率、成膜性、穩(wěn)定性等決定了最終產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。回顧OLED顯示技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢,概括了OLED器件結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理等基礎(chǔ)理論,闡述了印刷制備工藝的特點及其存在的關(guān)鍵問題。重點綜述了印刷OLED顯示用發(fā)光材料的發(fā)光機理及研究進展,展望了印刷OLED顯示用發(fā)光材料存在的問題和未來發(fā)展方向。

With the extensive applications of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) in the display field, fabrication technologies for low-cost and large-area OLED devices are rapidly emerging. Compared with traditional vacuum evaporation technology, printed display technology has some advantages, including simple process, high material utilization, preparing large-area and flexible device,etc. It is considered as one of the mainstream technologies for preparing new display devices. Printed OLED technology is a comprehensive system engineering of materials, devices, processes, equipments and others. It is a typical emerging technology of interdisciplinary and field cooperation. Luminescent materials are the core materials for devices manufacturing, especially for printing process. The quality of the final products is determined by the properties of luminescent materials, such as the luminous efficiency, film-forming property and stability. The development tendency of OLED display technologies was introduced. The basic theories of structure and working mechanism to OLED devices were summarized. Simultaneously, the characteristics and key problems for printed OLED technology were described. And the luminescent mechanism and research progress of printed OLED materials were reviewed. At last, the key scientific problems and development direction of printed OLED materials were prospected.
