鎂合金具有密度低、比強度高和阻尼性好等優點,在汽車、軌道交通及航空航天等領域應用潛力巨大。然而,傳統鑄造工藝,特別是常規重力鑄造和低壓鑄造工藝所制備的鎂合金材料存在著難以避免的鑄造缺陷。擠壓鑄造作為一種近凈成形技術,可制備出力學性能良好、宏觀缺陷少的鎂合金產品,對鎂合金的發展及應用具有重要意義。介紹了擠壓鑄造工藝的特點,綜述了擠壓鑄造鎂合金的最新研究進展,主要包括擠壓鑄造鎂合金微合金化和鎂合金擠壓鑄造工藝參數優化,重點闡述了擠壓鑄造鎂合金微觀組織和力學性能調控,為擠壓鑄造鎂合金成分設計和高強塑性鎂合金制備提供借鑒。最后,從實驗和理論兩個方面對擠壓鑄造鎂合金的未來研究方向和面臨的挑戰進行了討論。

Magnesium alloys are widely used in automobile, rail transportation and aerospace industries due to their low density, high specific strength and high damping property, etc. However, it is inevitable that the traditional casting processes, especially conventional gravity casting and lowpressure casting magnesium alloys, always have casting defects. Squeeze casting, as a near-net forming process, has been demonstrated to be capable of minimizing the casting defects and improving mechanical properties, which is of great significance to the development and application of magnesium alloys. In this work, the characteristics and latest research progress in squeeze casting magnesium alloys are introduced and summarized, including alloying and process parameter optimization of squeeze casting magnesium alloys. The microstructure and mechanical properties of squeeze casting magnesium alloys are mainly described, which can be helpful for the composition design of squeeze casting magnesium alloys and the preparation of high performance magnesium alloys. At last, based on experiments and theories, the future research directions and challenges of squeeze casting magnesium alloys are discussed.
