隨著電子器件向著高集成度、大功率迅速發(fā)展,散熱已經(jīng)成為制約其發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題。熱管通過氣液相變模式進(jìn)行散熱,是最高效的傳熱方式之一,被廣泛應(yīng)用于航天、航空、電力電子等重要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。這些應(yīng)用要求熱管在具有高傳熱性能的同時(shí)還能長(zhǎng)期服役,而熱管腐蝕是影響熱管壽命的關(guān)鍵。造成熱管腐蝕的原因很多,主要包括熱管材料與工質(zhì)相容性較差、熱管內(nèi)發(fā)生的氣泡破裂和流體沖刷等。詳細(xì)介紹了熱管存在的腐蝕類型、重要影響因素(工質(zhì)、溫度、氣體等),探討了其相應(yīng)腐蝕機(jī)理和腐蝕防護(hù)方法,并列舉了典型的熱管腐蝕實(shí)例。同時(shí)指出現(xiàn)有的熱管腐蝕研究存在的問題,對(duì)該領(lǐng)域以后的發(fā)展方向作了展望。

With the rapid development of electronic devices towards high level of integration and high power, heat dissipation has become a key problem restricting their further development. Heat pipe, benefiting from vapor-liquid phase change, has become one of the most efficient methods for heat transfer, and has been widely used in many different fields, including aerospace, aviation, and power electronics. All these applications call for both high performance of heat transfer and long service life for heat pipes. Corrosion plays a critical role in affecting the service life of heat pipe. There are many factors contributing to corrosion inside heat pipes, including poor compatibility between heat pipe material and working medium, bubble fracture and fluid erosion in heat pipe, etc., and the study of corrosion inside heat pipe shows increased importance. In this paper, different types of corrosion existed in heat pipe, and the important influencing factors (working medium, temperature, gas or vapor, etc) are discussed in detail. The corresponding corrosion mechanisms and corrosion protection methods are presented, and the typical examples of heat pipe corrosion are described. In the end, the future development direction of heat pipe corrosion is also discussed.
