有機(jī)固液相變材料在相態(tài)變化時(shí)能夠釋放或吸收大量的潛熱,將其應(yīng)用在建筑中能減少室內(nèi)溫度波動(dòng),提升室內(nèi)熱舒適性,降低建筑能耗。采用熔融共混法制備正癸酸(CA)/十八醇(OD)二元復(fù)合相變材料,通過理論預(yù)測(cè)法與步冷曲線法確定二元低共熔混合物最佳質(zhì)量配比為mCA∶mOD=85∶15。通過差示掃描量熱法、蓄放熱實(shí)驗(yàn)、熱重分析、傅里葉紅外光譜儀對(duì)CA/OD的熱性能、循環(huán)熱穩(wěn)定性、耐熱性及結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行了分析。CA/OD低共熔混合物的熔化和凝固溫度分別為27.95和25.42 ℃,熔化和凝固潛熱分別為154.2 J/g和157.0 J/g,在300次蓄放熱循環(huán)過程中熱性能變化小,熱循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性較好,蓄熱控溫性能良好。熱重分析表明CA/OD二元低共熔混合物在125.7 ℃以下沒有熱失重現(xiàn)象,耐熱性能好。傅里葉變換紅外光譜證實(shí)CA與OD是通過物理作用相結(jié)合,二元低共熔混合物中沒有新物質(zhì)產(chǎn)生。綜合結(jié)果表明,該CA/OD二元復(fù)合相變材料適合在室溫附近24~30 ℃區(qū)間使用,基本滿足人體舒適溫度范圍,在日常熱環(huán)境下循環(huán)耐用性強(qiáng),為建筑節(jié)能材料提供了新的選擇。

Organic solid-liquid phase change material can release or absorb a lot of latent heat when its phase state changes. The application of phase change materials in buildings can reduce indoor temperature fluctuations, improve indoor thermal comfort and reduce building energy consumption. Binary phase change material of capric acid (CA) and octadecanol (OD) was prepared by melting blending method. The optimal mass ratio of eutectic mixture is determined as mCA∶mOD=85∶15 by theoretical prediction and step cooling curve. Thermal properties, cycle thermal stability, heat resistance and structure characteristics of CA/OD composite were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry, heat storage and release experiment, thermogravimetric analysis and Fourier infrared spectroscopy. The melting and solidification temperatures of CA/OD eutectic mixture are 27.95 and 25.42 ℃, respectively, and the latent heat of melting and solidification are 154.2 and 157.0 J/g, respectively. Its thermal properties change little during 300 cycles of heat storage and release, and it has good thermal cycle stability, good heat storage and temperature control performance.Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the CA/OD binary eutectic mixture has no thermogravimetric phenomenon below 125.7 ℃, and has good heat resistance. Fourier infrared spectroscopy analysis shows that CA and OD are combined by physical action, and no new substances are produced in the eutectic mixture. Comprehensive analysis shows that the CA/OD binary composite phase change material is suitable for operation at 24~30 ℃ range of room temperature, meets the comfortable temperature range of human body basically, and has strong cycling durability under the daily thermal environment, which provides a new choice for building energysaving materials.
