麻纖維增強(qiáng)熱塑性復(fù)合材料具有輕質(zhì)、環(huán)保、耐沖擊等特點(diǎn),是極具附加值與潛力的材料。但傳統(tǒng)麻纖維復(fù)合材料存在纖維分散不均、揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物(volatile organic compounds,VOC)大量釋放等問(wèn)題,制約了麻纖維復(fù)合材料的規(guī);瘧(yīng)用。介紹了麻纖維固相共混熱致復(fù)合的材料制備方法、麻纖維表面處理技術(shù)、麻纖維復(fù)合材料一步法制備技術(shù)、麻纖維熱塑性復(fù)合材料一體化成型等制備工藝,并對(duì)天然麻纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料的規(guī);瘧(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。

Hemp fibers thermoplastic composites have the characteristics of light weight, environmental protection and impact resistance. It is a material with great added value and potential. In the traditional production process of hemp fibers composites, there are problems such as uneven fiber dispersion and large amounts of volatile organic compound (VOC) emitted, which restrict the scale application of hemp fibers composites. The paper in the field of hemp fibers composites was introduced, a material preparation method of fiber solidphase blending, a hemp fiber surface treatment technology, and an integrated molding process for hemp fiber thermoplastic composite materials. And the prospects for the large-scale application of natural hemp fiber reinforced composite materials were presented.
