鋁合金廣泛應用于飛機主承力框、梁、壁板、蒙皮等部位,占飛機結構重量的40%~70%,是非常重要的結構材料。從最初僅僅滿足對強度的需求逐漸擴展到面向耐腐蝕、高強高韌、耐損傷等綜合性能要求,國內外航空鋁合金在需求牽引與自身的技術進步的雙重推動下,至今已經發展至第五代。首先對國內外航空鋁合金發展歷程進行了簡要總結,接著,為進一步推動國產航空鋁合金研發和應用,對航空鋁合金制備全工藝流程所涉及的熱點問題及研究進展進行了總結和討論,如合金成分設計、熔鑄技術、熱變形技術、熱處理技術等。最后,結合航空裝備發展需求和國內技術現狀,對我國航空鋁合金發展趨勢和重要方向提出了建議。

Aluminum alloy is a very important structure material, which accounts for 40% to 70% weight of the aircraft structures. Aluminum alloy is widely used in the main bearing frame, beam, wing siding, skin and other parts of the aircraft. In the initial application, only static strength is required, and then expanding to the comprehensive performance requirements such as corrosion resistance, high strength and toughness, damage resistance, etc. Aeronautical aluminum alloys have been developed to the fifth generation due to the demand-driving and rapid technological advancement in recent decades. In this paper, the development of aeronautical aluminum alloys is briefly reviewed. Research hotspots and latest progress at home during the whole fabrication process of aeronautical aluminum alloys, such as composition design, smelting and casting, thermal deformation and heat treatment, are introduced and discussed synthetically. Finally, based on these discussions, the development trend and prospect of aeronautical aluminum alloys in China are proposed.
