碳纖維增強復合材料/鈦合金(CFRP/Ti)疊層材料因其優(yōu)異的綜合性能在航空航天領域被大量使用。在制造過程中,疊層材料通常以螺栓連接的方式組成所需的裝配結構,連接孔的加工質量直接影響著疊層材料的力學性能等質量指標,因此如何提高其制孔質量及其制孔壽命被廣泛關注。總結了近年來CFRP/Ti疊層材料制孔技術的研究進展,從鉆削制孔和螺旋銑孔2個方面重點闡述了CFRP/Ti疊層材料的制孔過程、制孔缺陷及其形成機理以及制孔質量的影響因素;介紹了振動輔助加工技術和微量潤滑(MQL)冷卻方式在CFRP/Ti疊層材料制孔過程中減小切削力、降低切削溫度等方面的加工優(yōu)勢,并對未來CFRP/Ti疊層材料制孔技術的發(fā)展方向進行了展望。

Carbon fiber reinforced composite/titanium alloy (CFRP/Ti) laminated materials are widely used in the aerospace sector due to their exceptional qualities. The laminated material is typically bolted together during the manufacturing process to create the necessary assembly structure. Improvements in holemaking quality and hole-making life are of great concern because they directly impact the mechanical properties of the laminated material and other quality indicators. In this paper, the development of hole-making technology for CFRP/Ti composites is reviewed both domestically and internationally. The process of making holes in CFRP/Ti laminated materials, the defects and their formation mechanism as well as the factors influencing the quality of hole making are highlighted from two aspects: drilling hole making and helical milling. The benefits of vibrationassisted machining and the minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) cooling technique are discussed, along with the potential future development path for CFRP/Ti laminated material holemaking technology.
