鈦及鈦合金具有比強(qiáng)度高、耐腐蝕、耐高溫以及生物相容性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于航空航天、國防軍工、海洋船舶、生物醫(yī)療等重要領(lǐng)域。同時(shí)鈦及鈦合金極容易被氧化,存在硬度低、導(dǎo)熱性差、電極電位較正等缺點(diǎn),明顯限制了其應(yīng)用。表面處理可以改變基體的表面狀態(tài),提升視覺觀感及使用性能,甚至可以獲得基體不具備的某些新功能,對(duì)提高鈦及鈦合金產(chǎn)品的壽命、可靠性及擴(kuò)展其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域具有重要意義。當(dāng)前幾乎所有表面處理技術(shù)都逐步延伸到鈦及鈦合金表面處理領(lǐng)域,但仍不能完全滿足其使用性能要求。綜述了鈦及鈦合金在表面修飾、表面耐磨耐腐蝕、表面著色及表面隔離4個(gè)功能領(lǐng)域中常用的表面處理技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)及研究進(jìn)展,并展望了鈦及鈦合金表面處理技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向。

Titanium and titanium alloys have many advantages such as high specific strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and excellent biocompatibility, and are widely used in aerospace, national defense and military industry, marine ships, biomedical and other important fields. At the same time, they also have some disadvantages such as oxidationprone, low hardness, poor thermal conductivity and high electrode potential, which limit their application obviously. Surface treatment can change the surface state of substrate,improve the visual perception and performance,and even obtain some new functions that the substrate does not have,which is of great significance to improve the service life and reliability and expand the application field of titanium products.At present, almost all surface treatment technologies have been applied to the field of titanium and titanium alloys surface treatment, but still can not fully meet the performance requirements.In this paper,the characteristics and research progress of surface treatment technologies of titanium that commonly used in four functional fields are reviewed,including surface modification,surface wear and corrosion resistance,surface coloring and surface isolation,and the development direction of titanium surface treatment technology is prospected.
