超低溫用高錳奧氏體鋼以其優(yōu)異的低溫和室溫綜合力學(xué)性能,將成為新型能源液化天然氣(LNG)和液化氫氣(LH2)的儲運裝備用鋼。該材料在冶煉、軋制、焊接、冷加工及熱加工過程中,需要完備的物理和力學(xué)性能參數(shù)作為制定各項工藝的理論基礎(chǔ),但目前文獻中缺乏相關(guān)報道。測定了牌號為HMA400的高錳奧氏體低溫鋼及配套JMn25焊絲的密度、電阻系數(shù)、熱膨脹系數(shù)、熱導(dǎo)率、熔距、比熱容、泊松比、楊氏模量、屈服強度、抗拉強度、沖擊吸收功等物理性能和力學(xué)性能參數(shù),以期為高錳奧氏體低溫鋼的制造和應(yīng)用提供可靠的物理和力學(xué)參量。

Cryogenic high manganese austenitic steel with the excellent mechanical properties at low temperature and room temperature, will become the storage and transportation equipment materials for liquefied natural gas (LNG) and liquefied hydrogen (LH2). In the process of smelting, rolling, welding, cold working and hot working, physical and mechanical properties are needed as the theoretical basis for formulating process parameters, but there is a lack of relevant reports in the current literature. In this paper, we measured the density, resistivity, coefficient of thermal expansion, coefficient of thermal conductivity, melting range, specific heat capacity, Poisson ratio, Young’s modulus, yield strength, tensile strength, absorbed energy of HMA400 cryogenic high manganese austenitic steel and supporting JMn25 welding wires, in order to provide reliable physical and mechanical parameters for the manufacture and application of cryogenic high manganese austenitic steel.
