鋁鋰合金具有高的比強(qiáng)度、比剛度,及優(yōu)良的耐損傷特性,在航空航天領(lǐng)域具有取代2×××和7×××鋁合金的應(yīng)用潛力,在飛機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)中獲得高減重效益,因而在飛機(jī)選材中備受矚目。介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)制造的飛機(jī)及零部件所應(yīng)用的各類(lèi)鋁鋰合金薄板的研制歷程、主要特點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用部位,描述了鋁鋰合金薄板在國(guó)內(nèi)主機(jī)廠(chǎng)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀及當(dāng)前應(yīng)用存在的問(wèn)題,尤其是制造工藝中的困難。從飛機(jī)選材角度出發(fā),列舉了國(guó)內(nèi)外鋁鋰合金先進(jìn)制造工藝的應(yīng)用,展望了未來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)鋁鋰合金的研發(fā)思路及急需攻關(guān)的問(wèn)題,為今后鋁鋰合金在我國(guó)航空領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研發(fā)提供參考。

Aluminum-lithium alloy has high specific strength, high specific stiffness and excellent damage-tolerance. It has the potential to replace 2××× and 7××× aluminum alloys in the aerospace field, and provides high weight loss benefits in the aircraft design. Aluminum-lithium alloy has attracted much attention in the aircraft material selection. In this paper, we introduce the development history, main characteristics and application parts of various aluminum-lithium alloy sheets for aircraft and parts manufacturing in China, and illustrate the application status of aluminum-lithium alloy sheet in domestic mainframe factory, including the existing problems in the current application, especially the difficulties in the manufacturing process. The advanced manufacturing technology of aluminum-lithium alloy parts at home and abroad is listed from the angle of aircraft material selection. Finally, the future research and development of aluminum-lithium alloy in China are prospected. It provides a reference for the application research of aluminum-lithium alloy for aviation field in the future.
