隨著電動(dòng)汽車(chē)及電子行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,鋰離子電池(lithium-ion batteries, LIBs)的生產(chǎn)量不斷增加,由此導(dǎo)致退役LIBs的數(shù)量急劇增加。退役LIBs的正極材料中含有大量的Li,Co,Ni等高價(jià)值金屬元素,對(duì)其高效回收可實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的循環(huán)利用。濕法技術(shù)是回收退役LIBs正極材料中金屬元素的主要方法,浸出是該技術(shù)的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。在眾多的浸出劑中,低共熔溶劑(deep eutectic solvent, DES)是一類(lèi)清潔有效的綠色試劑,在浸出鈷酸鋰、錳酸鋰、鎳鈷錳酸鋰等正極材料方面展現(xiàn)了良好的應(yīng)用前景。按照氫鍵供體的結(jié)構(gòu),將浸出正極材料的DES分為5類(lèi):醇類(lèi)、尿素及硫脲類(lèi)、磺酸類(lèi)、羧酸類(lèi)和膦酸類(lèi)。論述了各類(lèi)DES浸出正極材料的性能和機(jī)理,比較了各類(lèi)DES的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),展望了DES在LIBs回收中的應(yīng)用前景。

With the rapid development of the electric vehicle and electronics industries, the production of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) increases continuously, leading to the number of spent LIBs increased dramatically. The cathode materials of spent LIBs contain a large amount of high-value metals, such as Li, Co and Ni. The effective recovery of those metals can achieve resource recycling.Hydrometallurgy technology is the most widely used method for the recovery of metal elements from spent LIBs cathode materials, and leaching is a key process of this technology. Among numerous leaching agents, deep eutectic solvent (DES) is a type of clean and effective green reagents, which exhibit good application prospects in leaching cathode materials such as lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganese oxide, and lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide. In this paper, the DES for leaching cathode materials were categorized into five groups according to the structure of hydrogen-bond donors, the leaching performance and mechanism of each group DES was discussed, the merits and disadvantages of each group DES were compared, and the application prospects of the DES in LIBs recycling was proposed.
