概述了鎂及鎂合金產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、應(yīng)用情況以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀。中國(guó)作為全球鎂資源的龍頭,近些年來在鎂及鎂合金研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)方面發(fā)展迅速,然而仍面臨著生產(chǎn)工藝粗放、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性差、高附加值產(chǎn)品種類缺乏、下游應(yīng)用規(guī)模小等諸多問題。為此,加強(qiáng)鎂及鎂合金產(chǎn)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)變得尤為重要。結(jié)合當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和不足,通過構(gòu)建簡(jiǎn)潔、清晰、完整且高度協(xié)同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,推動(dòng)鎂及鎂合金產(chǎn)業(yè)向更高層次發(fā)展,進(jìn)而提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

This paper summarizes the current situation of magnesium and magnesium alloy industry, application and standard system construction. As the leader of global magnesium resources, China has developed rapidly in magnesium and magnesium alloy research, development and production technology in recent years. However, it still faces many problems, such as extensive production process, poor product quality stability, lack of high value-added product types, and small downstream application scale. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of magnesium and magnesium alloy industry standard system. Combined with the current situation and shortcomings of the construction of the industrial standard system, we should build a simple, clear, complete and highly collaborative standard system to promote the development of magnesium and magnesium alloy industry to a higher level, and then improve product quality and international competitiveness.
