6XXX系鋁合金是一類具有中高強(qiáng)度、易成形、耐腐蝕、吸能效果優(yōu)良等優(yōu)異綜合性能的輕質(zhì)合金,也是汽車輕量化技術(shù)發(fā)展的重要材料,從成分工藝組織性能之間關(guān)系的角度厘清6XXX系鋁合金的強(qiáng)化機(jī)理和調(diào)控手段,對拓寬鋁合金在我國汽車領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用范圍至關(guān)重要。概述了6XXX系鋁合金在汽車上的應(yīng)用,介紹了6XXX系鋁合金的主要強(qiáng)化機(jī)理,重點(diǎn)闡述了6XXX系鋁合金的時效工藝研究進(jìn)展和在時效過程中析出相的演變規(guī)律,簡要論述了Cu,Cr,Mn,Sn,Sc,Zr和Ce等微合金化元素對6XXX系鋁合金微觀組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。最后,對開發(fā)具有更優(yōu)綜合性能的6XXX系鋁合金進(jìn)行了展望。

6XXX series aluminum alloy is a kind of light alloy with excellent comprehensive properties of medium and high strength, easy forming, corrosion resistance,good energy absorption effect, and so on. It is also an important material for the development of automotive lightweight technology. It is very important to clarify the strengthening mechanism and control method of 6XXX series aluminum alloy from the perspective of composition-process-structureproperty relationships, so as to broaden the application range of aluminum alloy in the automotive field of our country. This paper summarizes the application of 6XXX series aluminum alloy in automobile, introduces the main strengthening mechanisms of 6XXX series aluminum alloy, and focuses on the aging process progress of 6XXX series aluminum alloy and the evolution law of precipitated phase in the aging process. The effects of microalloying elements such as Cu, Cr, Mn, Sn, Sc, Zr and Ce on the microstructures and mechanical properties of 6XXX series aluminum alloys are briefly discussed. Finally, the development of 6XXX series aluminum alloy with better comprehensive properties is prospected.
