高熵合金獨(dú)特的成分設(shè)計(jì)和多組元間協(xié)同作用,賦予了其許多特殊的物理、化學(xué)和力學(xué)性能,如在多種腐蝕介質(zhì)中展現(xiàn)出優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)合金的耐腐蝕性,在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)和高技術(shù)領(lǐng)域展現(xiàn)出巨大的應(yīng)用潛力。從高熵合金成分、制備方法和熱機(jī)械處理工藝對其晶粒尺寸、元素分布、相結(jié)構(gòu)、晶體缺陷的影響出發(fā),闡明了在多種腐蝕介質(zhì)中高熵合金表面鈍化膜組成成分、形成過程和穩(wěn)定性的差異化原因,進(jìn)一步對腐蝕發(fā)生的具體形式、腐蝕產(chǎn)物和腐蝕機(jī)理進(jìn)行梳理,準(zhǔn)確評估了高熵合金的腐蝕性能。最后,對突破傳統(tǒng)合金的應(yīng)用限制,解決極端服役環(huán)境下的“卡脖子”難題,開發(fā)高強(qiáng)塑耐腐蝕高熵合金,推進(jìn)高熵合金新材料工業(yè)化應(yīng)用過程中面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。

The unique composition design and interaction among multi-component elements of high-entropy alloys (HEAs) make HEAs possess many special physical, chemical and mechanical properties, such as better corrosion resistance than traditional alloys in various corrosive media, HEAs show great application potential in modern industry and high-tech fields. In this review, we start with the influence of HEAs composition, preparation method, and thermomechanical treatment process on grain size, element distribution, phase structure, and crystal defects. Then, we clarify the reasons for the difference between composition, formation process, and stability of passive film on HEAs in corrosive media. Furthermore, we sort out the corrosion form, corrosion product, and corrosion mechanism, in order to accurately evaluate the corrosion resistance of HEAs. Finally, the challenges faced in the process of breaking the application limitations of traditional alloys, overcoming the “technology choke points” problem in extreme service environments,developing high-strength, ductility, and corrosion-resistant high-entropy alloys, and promoting the industrial application of HEAs are summarized and prospected
