鈦具有比強度高、耐腐蝕、耐高溫、無磁等特點,特別是具有良好的耐海水和海洋大氣腐蝕性能,是理想的海洋工程用材料,被譽為“海洋金屬”。我國從20世紀60年代開始開發艦船用鈦合金,形成了不同強度級別的鈦合金牌號,在能源開采裝備用鈦材的研究和應用方面起步較晚,目前仍處于起步階段。隨著建設海洋強國戰略的提出,我國海洋發展從淺海走向深海、遠海,鈦及鈦合金在海洋工程領域應用的優勢更加凸顯出來。從艦船用鈦合金和能源裝備用鈦合金兩個方面介紹了我國海洋工程領域用鈦合金材料的研究現狀,簡述了海洋工程領域用大規格鈦合金鑄錠及構件制備技術、低成本制備技術及能源開采裝備用鈦合金無縫管材制備技術等方面的研究進展,并提出了目前存在的主要問題,以期為艦船及能源裝備用鈦合金材料及其構件制備技術的研究提供參考。

Titanium has the characteristics of high specific strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and non-magnetic properties, especially good resistance to seawater and marine atmospheric corrosion. It is an ideal material for marine engineering and is known as the “marine metal”. China began developing titanium alloys for ships in the 1960s, forming titanium alloy grades with different strength levels. The research and application of titanium materials for energy extraction equipment started relatively late and is still in its infancy at present. With the proposal of maritime power strategy, the country’s marine development is advancing from shallow to deep and distant seas, further highlighting the advantages of titanium and titanium alloys in marine engineering applications. This article introduces the current research status of titanium alloy materials used in the field of marine engineering in China from two aspects: titanium alloys for ships and titanium alloys for energy equipment. It briefly describes the research progress in the manufacturing of large-sized titanium alloy ingots and components, low-cost production techniques, and the preparation technology of seamless tubes for energy extraction equipment. The main existing problems at present are also proposed, with the expectation of providing references for research on the preparation technology of titanium alloy materials and their components for ships and energy equipment.
